The converting of the historic tobacco warehouse into a luxury hotel begun in August 1st. The project is in the area of Santa Barbara infront of a beautiful lake surrounded by a large park in the city of Drama.

Unlike conventional construction, Tachydomi's method is based on walls which act as columns. The walls are made of reinforced concrete with excellent aesthetic and functional result. The stages of construction of the walls shown in this video.

The project of reconstructing the historical tabacco warehouse of Drama into a five star hotel is in the final procedural stage to start work on strengthening the building and redevelop the surrounding area. 

All the necessary studies have been made to return the building to its original condition and to highlight the area of Santa Barbara.
