The converting of the historic tobacco warehouse into a luxury hotel begun in August 1st. The project is in the area of Santa Barbara infront of a beautiful lake surrounded by a large park in the city of Drama.

The staff recruited for the workcomposed exclusively of people of Drama. All the raw materials are used from the county and Tachydomi SA will continue to support local businesses for the needs of the project.

The first wave of the works will be completed in mid-September and include fencing of the tobacco warehouse and perforated mesh protection, removing debris and trash from the  tobacco warehouse and replacement or reinforcement of weak points in the attic and roof reconstruction.
