Kefalas village - Houses (Fifi Houses)
A wonderful traditional village, with rich and obvious traditional architecture. It owes its name to its first inhabitants, the Kefalades, the leaders of the Byzantine settlers sent by Alexios Komnenos in 1182 to colonize Crete. Ideal for swimming in the deep waters of the steep beaches to the northeast of the village.
