CONSTRUCTION METHOD

DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTSTRUCTION METHOD

The construction method is based on the industrial production of a "double wall", which has two layers of reinforced concrete with a gap between them. These two layers are connected transversely to each other in production using three-dimensional metal 'trusses'. For the slab, prefabricated elements consisting of a layer of reinforced concrete are used, again using smaller sized 'trusses'.

At the construction site the double walls are placed vertically according to the production plan and the prefabricated elements are placed on top of them. The next step is the on-site hardening of the elements and then concrete is poured on site between the void of the double walls and on top of the prefabricated panels, thus creating a monolithic structure.
