The construction method of TACHYDOMI is based on the industrial production of reinforced concrete walls.
For the masonry, reinforced concrete elements are manufactured in the factory, with a gap between them, known as double walls. For the slab, floor and roof, reinforced concrete elements known as prefabricated panels are manufactured.
At the construction site, the double walls are placed vertically to form the masonry of the building and then the prefabricated walls are placed on top of them. The elements are then connected and reinforced together, and concrete is poured on site, creating a monolithic structure.
Then, external thermal insulation is added for energy savings and weather protection.
Buildings are delivered at the construction stage or with the key in hand:
- Stage of construction
The building is delivered with external thermal insulation and thermal façade, the surfaces are smooth without the need for plastering, it has ready channels/holes for electrical and mechanical installations, in order to facilitate the electrician and the plumber.
- Stage with the key in hand
The building is delivered ready for occupancy with all electromagnetic installations, floors, frames, wardrobes, kitchen, painted and the only need is the placement of furniture.
